Gold’s Gym

Professional Engineering completed the civil engineering for this large plat and multi-phase property development that was completed over the course of nearly a decade.  Gold’s Gym was one of the largest of this development located on McKee Road in Fitchburg.  There are many other notable properties that Professional Engineering completed the civil design on.  Taco Bell, Aldi, Firestone, Goodwill and most recently, Pets Supplies Plus were also designed by our team.  Services included preparation of a certified survey map, site planning, grading, erosion control stormwater management and utility design.
