Topographic Survey, Certified Survey Map, Parking Lot Design, Grading, Utilities, Erosion Control and Storm Water Management

This project consists of a 13.4 acre senior assisted living center, CBRF, and condominiums with surface and underground parking facilities. Services included preparation of a certified survey map, topographic survey, erosion control, storm water management, grading, parking layout, utility connections, and storm sewer design. The storm water management facilities included bioretention and rain garden devices to provide sediment control and groundwater infiltration. This project was completed in 2016.
