During the site assessment process, Professional Engineering reviews the entire site to determine its feasibility for development.  This involves the assessment of the environmental effects of land use and its impact on the environment and community.  We review survey documents, look for environmental conflicts, soil suitability, utility availability as well as site constraints that could affect the site’s appropriateness for development.
